You bring the family. We'll help build the village.
Stay two weeks or a full month in a private casa or condominium overlooking the sea on Nicaragua's Pacific coast. Kids can join Tambran's bilingual summer camp by the day. Parents work remotely, surf, or slow down. Evenings are for shared dinners, sunsets, and new friends for everyone.

A family story, four generations in the making.
Our story in Nicaragua is a personal one, rooted in the Reyes family across generations. It began when the Reyes grandparents left El Salvador for Nicaragua looking for opportunity and settled as merchants in Estelí. That history created a deep connection to the land and its people, and it is the foundation of everything our family builds today.
As our family grew, we went south, found San Juan del Sur and fell in love: coastal jungle, tropical birds, the sound of the waves and a community that welcomes you. We knew we had found a second home.
Like many families living the pace of modern American life, we were looking for a place to slow down, recharge and stay close to our children without stepping away from our work. San Juan del Sur gave us that balance. Our own children attended Tambran International School, and the families we met there became our friends. We created NICA Family Collective because we lived it, and now we want to share it with your family.

We send a pricing sheet for your family's size and stay. Once you reserve, we arrange housing, airport transfer and bilingual camp access before you land.
- 03Settle in.
Unpack once. Let the kids find their rhythm. Remember what summer used to feel like.

Book a free callReserve with a 25% deposit, which is non-refundable. Balance due 45 days before arrival. Payments made after that are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
